MyMichigan Health is seeking an Application Analyst I to support and optimize clinical software applications. You will work under IT leadership to document requirements, test configurations, and ensure reliable operation while aligning with hospital policies.

The role emphasizes analyzing workflows, configuring systems, and supporting end users during go-lives and daily operations, with opportunities to grow in healthcare IT. On-site Michigan-based position with Epic-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• One or more Epic Certification(s) or other relevant healthcare Certifications.
• Completing Epic Certification is required within 90 days of hire for Epic positions.
• Preferably 1+ year experience in Healthcare or Healthcare IT.
• Ability to quickly learn new system functionality and stay updated with enhancements.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Document requirements and workflows with business owners and users.
• Design and maintain system content, controls, and master data.
• Troubleshoot incidents and propose innovative solutions.
• Plan, execute, and document application testing.
• Analyze new functionality in releases and assess fit for use in workflows.
• Analyze application capabilities to optimize usage within processes.
• Assist cross-training of team members and users.
• Participate in software updates and changes.
