Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or High School Degree with equivalent knowledge, skills, experience).
• 2-3 years healthcare experience in outpatient setting, including operations and medical office administration.
• Epic proficiency (Cadence, Prelude, etc.).
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead designated Capacity Management initiatives: plan and execute advanced template management for ambulatory scheduling.
• Provide decision support and consultative services on Cadence-related scheduling concerns.
• Manage template design and alignment of ambulatory schedules with patient demand.
• Support go-live and roll-out, assisting end-users with new Epic applications.
• Analyze data streams to improve scheduler accuracy and efficiency, with stakeholder escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with Capacity Management leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
