• 3+ years of experience in Epic Cadence or healthcare IT settings.

• Experience analyzing operational data to improve patient access.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for Epic Cadence workflows and Scott & White processes.
• Test, document workflows, data collections, and reports; address issues.
• Build and track system configurations and conduct testing.
• Provide application support, deploy updates, and train users.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate analysts; manage stakeholder communications.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and drive improvements.
