You will collaborate with clinical leaders, IS, and operations to translate requirements into efficient system configurations and governance.

The role requires expertise in Epic Cadence builds, testing, and analytics, with a focus on improving access and provider utilization across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 3 years of experience in a similar capacity or healthcare IT environment.
• Epic Accreditation (EPICACRD) and Epic Certification (EPICCERT) are preferred.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory scheduling workflows and provider template management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional and technical Subject Matter Expert on Epic Cadence and Baylor Scott & White workflows.
• Test and document workflows, data collections, and end-user report details.
• Lead, mentor and train Application Analysts and drive system build timelines.
• Collaborate with IS, operations and clinical leaders to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
