Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Capacity Management Lead to guide a team that optimizes Epic Cadence scheduling templates and manages build governance across patient access operations. The role partners with clinical leaders and IS to improve provider utilization and patient access, while driving project planning and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT or patient access
• Epic Cadence certification or accreditation preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional and technical SME on Epic Cadence and Scott and White workflows.
• Test and document workflows, data collections, and end-user reports; address issues.
• Create, modify and track system build timely and effectively.
• Create and execute test scripts for new system builds.
• Provide Application Help, implement system updates and changes, and communicate those changes to super users and end users.
• Engage, manage, communicate and earn the care and respect of all stakeholders.
• Train and mentor Application Analysts.
• Lead business partners and technical teams to define, document, and review requirements.
