Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience above minimum qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in Epic Cadence, patient access operations, or healthcare IT.
• Epic certifications preferred; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Epic Cadence and Scott & White workflows.
• Test, document workflows, data collections, and end-user report details.
• Create, modify and track system builds and test scripts.
• Provide application help, implement updates, and communicate changes.
• Engage stakeholders and mentor Application Analysts.
• Lead business partners and technical teams to improve efficiency.
• Translate organizational needs into specialized application specs.
• Solve problems by analyzing data and workflows.
