Qualifications

• Epic Cadence certification strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting Epic Cadence or related healthcare IT functions.
• Experience performing Epic build, testing, and workflow analysis.
• Experience analyzing operational data and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional and technical Subject Matter Expert on Epic Cadence and Scott & White workflows.
• Test and document workflows, data collections, and end-user report details; address issues.
• Create, modify, and track system build timelines and effectively manage changes.
• Create and execute test scripts for new system builds and updates.
• Provide application help, implement system updates, and communicate changes to users.
• Engage, manage, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Train and mentor Application Analysts and drive team development.
• Leadership of business partners and technical teams to define requirements for efficiency.
