Mount Sinai Hospital is seeking a Capacity Management Analyst II to apply clinical and business knowledge with Epic Cadence expertise and advanced scheduling capabilities. You will own project builds, provide go-live support, and partner with Access Centers, Ambulatory, and DTP to drive template design and decision trees.

The role emphasizes strategic scheduling improvements, data-driven decision support, and effective stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years healthcare experience in outpatient setting.
• Epic proficiency (Cadence, Prelude, etc.).
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead designated Capacity Management initiatives: plan and execute advanced template management requests.
• Intimate knowledge of Epic Cadence and advanced scheduling methodology.
• External point of contact for solving operational and client issues and addressing needs.
• Provide analytical framework and consultative services to clients regarding Cadence-related scheduling concerns.
• Supports centralized template design and management for provider schedules.
• Provide go-live and roll-out support in collaboration with Access Centers, Ambulatory and DTP.
