Pride Health is hiring an Epic Cadence Application Analyst (Project Manager) tosupport our client's healthcarefacility in Dover, DE.

Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5X8, AM shift
  • Location: Dover, DE 19901
  • Float / Coverage Area:
  • Job Type: Local contract
  • Contract Length: 14-week contract (Possible Extension)
  • Pay Range: $56.00 to $58.00/hour*
  • *Pay offered is based on experience,expertise, credentialing, and education.
  • Mileage Reimbursement Rate (if applicable): N/A
Duties:
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Epic Cadence applications.

    • Scheduling and/or registration experience in healthcare IT or operations.
  • Skills/Specialties/Technology:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and workloads.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Understanding of healthcare workflows, user needs, and population health concepts.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
    • Working knowledge of clinical database software is preferred.
