Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Epic Cadence Analyst experience.
  • Scheduling and/or registration experience in healthcare IT or operations.
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Epic Cadence certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Epic Cadence applications (Project Manager).
  • Analyze business and user requirements and develop functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with IT, clinical, and business teams on application projects and enhancements.
  • Participate in system design, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
  • Lead or support design sessions, training, and end-user education.
  • Manage and track multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Analyze application trends and performance and report results to management.
  • Ensure solutions support organizational, quality, regulatory, and population health goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers and technical teams.
