Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management or related field.
• Two or more years of EPIC Cadence design, build, and implementation experience.
• Project management experience; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduling workflow analysis to understand current state operations and identify opportunities for ambulatory access improvements.
• Partner with access leaders to evaluate workflows against enterprise access standards and patient experience objectives.
• Design, modify, and maintain Decision Trees, Fast Pass, and self-scheduling configurations.
• Translate operational workflows into Epic build requirements with IT collaboration.
• Review Epic builds pre-go-live for alignment with intent.
• Monitor post-implementation metrics and refine as needed.
• Maintain documentation for design work and governance templates.
• Prioritize design work with Strategic Program Leads and Optimization Specialists.
• Identify and mitigate project-related issues and provide escalation support.
• Support team members and participate in special projects as needed.
