Job summary

Engage Partners Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join the Data and Advanced Analytics team in Wisconsin. You will deliver BI solutions using Epic data sources, dashboards, and automated reports to support caregivers and business partners.

You will collaborate with SMEs to define analytic requirements, maintain metadata, and help advance analytics across the organization with data-driven insights.

The Business Intelligence Developer works under the supervision of the Business Intelligence Manager as part of the Data and Advanced Analytics team and is a key resource in ensuring the delivery of BI solutions for our business partners. An excellent blend of analytical, technical and communication skills in a team-based environment is essential for this role. Works with structured and unstructured data to develop ad-hoc reports, automated reports, extracts, data products, and dashboards.

Create content to display Epic data from Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle

• Work with subject matter experts to understand the needs of data consumers
• Maintaining the Analytics Catalog and associated metadata records
• Configuring and testing Epic released and Foundation System content for all analytics applications
• Meets with caregivers to gain a better understanding of the business needs and collaboratively identify best practice solutions and define analytic requirements
• Responsible for modeling basic to intermediate business problems, discovering business insights and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques
• Participates in the evaluation of BI utilities and tools while coordinating application and integration configurations needs with other IT teams
• Provides support and works with one or more BI solutions (beyond Epic Cogito) of basic to intermediate complexity
