Job summary

WakeMed is seeking a Systems Analyst II for Epic Business Applications in Raleigh, NC. The role leads build, rollout, and support of assigned Epic applications, performs design and analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation, and may train users as needed.

Primary responsibilities include acting as a second-level support contact for end users, communicating issues, and helping management maximize department performance through effective use of Epic systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years information technology experience in systems analysis.
• EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility preferred.
• Certified/Licensed/Registered in field of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis for Epic applications and coordinate rollout and support.
• Configure and test applications, document system configurations, and train users if indicated.
• Serve as liaison between IS, departments, and Epic vendors to resolve issues.
