Job summary

University of California, Irvine's UCI Health is seeking a Quality Review/EPIC Training Coordinator to guide staff in handling complex accounts, monitor workflow, and improve billing performance. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will be a resource across Physicians Billing Financial Services and drive training initiatives.

The role requires EPIC Certification, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access.

Qualifications

• EPIC Certification in Resolute Professional Billing Principal Trainer.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical billing and/or clinical customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resource to staff in handling and troubleshooting difficult accounts.
• Monitor workflow and productivity; identify AR issues.
• Develop and implement training programs for billing, follow-up and denial activities.
• Ensure quality standards across units and departments.
