Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years' work related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems (IS), or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot low to moderate complexity end-user issues and workflow problems; perform root cause analysis.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and coordinate with vendor applications support personnel.
• Lead low to moderate complexity projects and assist with change management and project documentation policies.
