Job summary

Vytalize is seeking an Epic Analyst for Professional Billing to develop, implement, and support the Epic Resolute Professional Billing system. You will work closely with operations and clinical applications to specify requirements and workflows.

The role requires Epic Professional Billing certification, strong billing domain knowledge, and a willingness to obtain further Epic certifications. Expect remote work with some travel and a competitive bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing certification is required.
• Epic Claims certification is preferred.
• Experience with Epic’s reimbursement contract build is expected.
• Willingness to obtain Epic certifications if requested.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in information systems, health care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with ambulatory physician billing practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must be flexible, including some evening and weekend hours.
• Travel up to 50% to VHP outlying offices, possibly overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support Epic Resolute Professional Billing.
• Analyze requirements and workflows; make system recommendations.
• Assist with testing, problem solving, and documentation of billing systems.
• Maintain configuration and workflow documents.
