Job summary

Vytalize Health seeks an Epic Analyst - Professional Billing to facilitate the development, implementation, and support of the Epic Resolute Professional Billing System within the organization.

You will collaborate with operations and the clinical applications team to analyze workflows, configure billing models, test software, and ensure reliable daily performance while delivering excellent customer service across sites.

Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing certification is required.
• Epic Claims certification is preferred.
• Experience with Epic’s reimbursement contract build.
• Willingness to obtain certifications via Epic if requested.
• Minimum of three years progressively responsible experience in information systems, healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with ambulatory physician billing practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and supports Epic Resolute Professional Billing.
• Interacts with operations and clinical apps to analyze requirements and workflows.
• Assists with problem solving, testing and documentation of billing systems.
• Maintains configuration decision and workflow documents.
• Assists with data analysis including conversion, analytics, quality, root cause.
• Attends meetings and manages action items for the team.
• Reviews, evaluates, and tests software upgrades.
• Ensures daily software functionality remains efficient and safe.
• Maintains excellent customer service with physicians and team members.
