Job summary

The Epic Analyst II at CereCore serves as a key Epic clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support, reporting to the Manager of Epic Services. You will help with Epic EHR activities and second-level incident resolution.

You will work across facilities to test, implement, train, and standardize Epic modules, maintain operations, and travel up to 25% to client sites. Epic PB Certification and experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Epic PB Certification required.
• Working knowledge of Epic technology.
• Experience with Epic workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across clients/vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and drive initiatives.
• Ability to train end users.

Responsibilities

• Assist Epic team with clinical IT activities.
• Provide Tier 2 incident support and resolution.
• Participate in module testing and implementation.
• Develop build docs and functional test scripts.
• Deliver hands-on training at facilities.
• Promote standardization and integration of Epic apps.
• Present changes to stakeholders and manage Change Management.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
