You will work with Revenue Cycle Operations, Finance, and IT teams to implement payer rule changes, perform testing, and assist in go-live activities while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT, billing, or revenue operations.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Epic PB components including charge router rules, billing work queues, claims edits, and remittance processing.
• Create and execute test scripts for system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance builds.
• Collaborate with PB analysts, revenue cycle staff, and IT integration teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Participate in go-live readiness, production validation, and post-implementation review activities.
• Document configuration work, test outcomes, and migrations.
