• Proven experience building a high performing team
• Governance frameworks for Epic deployments or complex billing platforms
• Strong HIPAA, CMS and payer compliance knowledge

• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of Epic Resolute Analysts
• Set clear goals and accountability metrics; provide coaching and feedback to develop the team's capabilities
• Oversee portfolio of revenue cycle projects and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Establish governance and change-management standards for projects
• Guide risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
• Review and approve complex system builds for data accuracy and compliance
• Provide analytics to identify root causes of operational issues and inform improvements
• Serve as escalation point for Epic PB issues and drive resolution
• Translate analytics into concrete business cases for process improvements
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle Operations, and IT to align with enterprise goals
