Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks an Epic Business Intelligence Report Developer to lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Epic reports across Revenue Cycle, Clinical, and Operational domains. The role acts as SME and primary contact for Epic reporting within Dell Medical School and partners with IT and clinical teams.

Responsibilities include reporting needs assessment, testing plans, and coordinating with vendors for changes while ensuring end-user support and ITIL-aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, science, or business; 5+ years in clinical, ancillary, or business environments considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, clinical informatics, data management and administration.
• Experience in information systems implementation, development and support within a large-scale healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, tests, and maintains Epic reporting for Revenue Cycle, Clinical, and Operational areas.
• Liaises with clinical and IT teams to ensure accurate data reporting and issue resolution, manages issues and improvements.
• Provides end-user support and coordinates changes with vendors and the training team to deploy application changes.
