Job summary

Dell Medical School seeks an Epic Business Intelligence – Report Developer to serve as the SME and primary technical contact for Epic reporting across Revenue Cycle, Clinical, and Operational areas. This role leads design, development, testing, and deployment while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, testing, end-user support, and incident resolution with a focus on data integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health, science, or business field (or 5+ years in related environments).
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, data management, and administration.
• Experience implementing, developing and supporting information systems in large healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, tests, and maintains Epic Reports across Revenue Cycle, Clinical, and Operational areas.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate reporting into testing and deployment workflows.
• Provides end-user support, troubleshoots tickets, and coordinates changes with vendors and training teams.
• Creates test scripts and plans; conducts testing for configuration changes and workflows.
• Maintains documentation, monitoring, and performance of reporting systems in line with ITIL processes.
