Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design and deliver analytics content from Epic data, including Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle.

The role emphasizes understanding end-user workflows, data structures, and operational concepts to produce accurate reports that meet clinical and financial analytic needs for data consumers.

You will collaborate with Epic representatives, test analytics builds, and maintain documentation and metadata across the analytics catalog.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing analytics content within Epic environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into BI reports.
• Strong SQL and relational database concepts knowledge.
• Familiarity with Epic data models and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test Epic content across applications (Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar, Cogito SQL).
• Create content displaying Epic data from Chronicles, Clarity and Caboodle.
• Write SQL and configure Radar settings for custom metrics.
• Modify existing reports as needed and distribute analytics content to data consumers.
• Review peer reports for validity and work with SMEs to understand data needs.
• Maintain Analytics Catalog and associated metadata records.
• Test analytics builds in QA and live environments and review upgrade docs.
• Build and maintain cubes, extracts, SlicerDicer filters and Caboodle data as needed.
