Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design and develop BI solutions that support quality, compliance and operational processes. The BID will independently develop analytic content from an enterprise EHR reporting database and collaborate with care teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with visualization best practices, and knowledge of EHR data (e.g., Caboodle/Clarity). Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• 2 years related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Independently designs and delivers BI solutions.
• Translates operational and clinical requirements into technical specifications.
• Performs root-cause analysis, validates data, and resolves issues for defined reporting areas.
• Uses advanced SQL, visualization best practices, and knowledge of EHR data to build reliable datasets.
• Supports junior team members by sharing knowledge, patterns, or best practices.
