Telligen Tech, Inc. seeks an experienced Epic Analyst to support the BHRS build for Project Mosaic. The role is remote with occasional travel, reporting to the HIT BHRS Manager and working with the CTG lead.

Responsibilities include building navigators, SmartForms, flowsheets, note templates, and SmartTexts for BHRS, plus testing, defect resolution, training, and go-live command center participation. Required are Epic certification in ClinDoc/Ambulatory and a health informatics or related

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in ClinDoc and Ambulatory required or preferred.
• Experience implementing behavioural health builds across multiple settings.
• Capable of working independently from priorities and meeting go-live deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Build navigators, SmartForms, flowsheets, note templates and SmartTexts for BHRS.
• Write and execute test scripts; log and resolve production defects.
• Triage and resolve live BHRS tickets; document builds in trackers.
• Present build in workgroups and support end-user training and go-live.
