Job summary

Triune Infomatics Inc. is seeking an Epic Application Analyst specializing in Behavioral Health to support the go-live of Epic across outpatient, crisis, residential, inpatient, and SUD programs.

The role emphasizes translating leadership needs into actionable Epic builds and ensuring successful adoption. You will work mostly remotely with on-site activity around the April go-live, and you may travel as needed with expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in Inpatient ClinDoc or Ambulatory.
• Hands-on Epic behavioral health build experience.
• At least two full-cycle Epic implementations including behavioral health build.
• Able to explain Epic build in plain terms to clinical and operational leaders.
• Available full time through go-live plus 90 days, on-site around the April go-live.

Responsibilities

• Build navigators, SmartForms, flowsheets, note templates, and SmartTexts for the behavioral health crosswalk and Epic foundation.
• Build assessments and treatment planning, episodes and facility structure, orders and referral preference lists, consent workflows, and 42 CFR Part 2 handling.
• Write and run test scripts; log and resolve defects.
• Triage production tickets for behavioral health departments that are already live.
• Document build in the build tracker and Sherlock.
• Present build in workgroups to behavioral health leadership, clinicians, and Quality Management (QM).
• Support end-user training and the go-live command center.
