Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking an experienced, Epic-certified Behavioral Health Application Analyst to support HIT BHRS for Project Mosaic. The analyst will report to the HIT BHRS Manager and collaborate with the CTG Lead to deliver end-to-end Epic build, testing, implementation and production support.

The role covers behavioral health workflows across outpatient, crisis, residential, inpatient, and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs.

Qualifications

Current Epic ClinDoc and Ambulatory certification.
5+ years as an Epic Application Analyst.
2+ years hands-on behavioral health build experience.
Experience completing two full Epic implementations and two go-lives.
Hands-on experience configuring Epic clinical documentation components (navigators, SmartForms, flowsheets, note templates, SmartTexts).
Experience with behavioral health workflows, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live support.
Ability to work independently and communicate with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Epic clinical documentation components (navigators, SmartForms, flowsheets, note templates, SmartTexts).
Provide full-time support through go-live and for an additional 90 days.
