Job summary

Quest Diagnostics seeks an Epic Beaker Analyst III to lead enterprise-scale design, build, and sustainment of Beaker solutions across labs and regions. You will define configuration standards and validation strategies that align lab, operational, and financial workflows into a unified platform.

Collaborating with enterprise architecture, revenue management, and clinical operations, you will optimize order-to-cash processes, ensure compliant billing, and drive governance and innovation in

Qualifications

• 7+ years Epic Beaker experience with cross‑functional implementations.
• Active dual certification in Epic Beaker CP and AP.
• Experience improving clinical, financial, and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise‑scale Beaker design, integration, and optimization projects.
• Define governance, templates, and configuration best practices for CP and AP.
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Laboratory Operations leadership to align build with financial accuracy and reimbursement goals.
• Oversee validation strategy, regression frameworks, and release planning.
• Provide architectural guidance on interoperability (HL7/FHIR, middleware, automation).
• Lead issue‑resolution and root‑cause analysis for enterprise incidents.
• Coach analysts and contribute to workforce capability development.
