Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director, Epic Clinical Program Manager (Laboratory & Pathology) to lead complex technology transformations across healthcare clients, focusing on Epic Beaker and related laboratory systems. You will work with health system executives, laboratory leadership, IT teams, and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM of eight (8) years of experience in healthcare IT consulting, laboratory systems, EHR implementation, or laboratory operations.
• Deep Epic Beaker expertise with certification in Beaker CP, Beaker AP, or related modules.
• Proven experience leading large-scale laboratory, pathology, or Epic implementation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology transformation programs from planning through stabilization.
• Establish governance, priorities, and rollout strategies across programs.
• Manage scope, staffing, risks, dependencies, and executive escalations.
