Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director, Epic Clinical Program Manager (Laboratory & Pathology) to lead transformative Epic Beaker implementations for health system clients. You will drive governance, manage large cross-functional teams, and coordinate with laboratory leadership, IT, and vendor partners to ensure successful go-lives and sustained operational improvements.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in healthcare IT consulting or laboratory operations.
- Deep Epic Beaker expertise with relevant certifications.
- Experience leading large multi-workstream laboratory/ Epic programs.
- Ability to manage executive stakeholders and complex engagements.
- Strong knowledge of lab operations, interfaces, and accreditation needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise technology transformation programs from planning to stabilization.
- Establish governance, priorities, and rollout strategies for projects.
- Oversee scope, staffing, risks, and executive escalations.
- Provide executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
- Direct cutover, go-live, stabilization, and transition-to-support activities.
