Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology Analyst to join a patient-focused healthcare IT team. The role involves documenting current workflows, designing new processes, and defining detailed requirements for Epic Beaker CP modules.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Healthcare IT with Epic Beaker CP certification, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Role is on-site at multiple U.S. locations, including Nashville, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Healthcare IT experience in an Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology Analyst role.
• Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years if no degree).

Responsibilities

• Document current state workflows and data flows.
• Assist design of new workflows and system configurations.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Contribute to high-level functional specifications and test conditions.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects and BAs to set metrics and goals.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios for UAT and performance tests.
• Participate in quality reviews of design and performance.
• Assist in data mapping and integration testing.
• Serve as liaison with client Epic team and Accenture tech leads.
• Support in data requests and source-to-target mapping.
• Other duties as assigned.
