Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Application Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). The position can be based in Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL, or remote if hybrid criteria are not met.

You will manage Beaker configurations, drive improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Epic, IT, and operations to support a large reference lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, medical technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Epic Beaker CP and AP certification.
• Project management or process improvement certification.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Epic Beaker Analysts (Levels 1-4).
• Set goals, metrics and provide coaching for technical and leadership growth.
• Maintain Epic certifications and participate in training programs.
• Oversee backlog and project portfolio with prioritized configurations and integrations.
• Ensure Beaker configurations deliver optimal patient and provider experience.
• Collaborate with Epic, vendors and stakeholders to prioritize enhancements.
