Memorial Home Services in Springfield, IL is seeking an Epic Analyst I to assist in implementing, configuring, and providing basic support for Epic applications across modules such as Revenue Cycle, Inpatient, Ambulatory, and Beaker.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to learn workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support end-user training in a hybrid work model with some onsite days in Springfield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Information Systems, Clinical Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Epic Certification in one or more modules required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configure, build, and maintain Epic applications across modules.
• Assist with system testing, issue resolution, and application troubleshooting.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
• Assist with system demonstrations and staff training sessions.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to assess system needs and enhancements.
• Work with IT, project managers, and leadership to ensure successful system implementations.
• Monitor system performance ensuring compliance with standards.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Meaningful Use requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into system usage and performance.
• Contribute to Epic-related projects and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and best practices.
