Job summary

Englewood Health is seeking an Epic Analyst to leverage extensive knowledge of clinical and business requirements, application capabilities, and technical skills to implement and support applications. The role covers new implementations, upgrades, go-live support, and ongoing client support within the IT department in Englewood.

The ideal candidate has lab or pathology workflow experience, is proficient with Windows/MS Office, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2+ years as a Beaker Analyst required.
• PC proficiency required. Windows and MS Office applications proficiency required.
• Experienced in Lab workflows as a former lab technologist prefered.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support applications, including new implementations and upgrades.
• Coordinate go-live activities and provide ongoing client support.
• Work on multiple projects concurrently.
• For Principal Trainer-certified analysts, MST build and maintenance responsibilities apply.
• Deliver outstanding client service and support to improve patient care.
