Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to lead design, build and optimization of Epic solutions for Healthy Planet and Care Coordination. You will mentor analysts and partner with clinical leadership to translate program strategy into scalable Epic configurations and workflows.

In this role you will design registries, care plans, and care teams, optimize risk stratification, and ensure stakeholders have timely access to accurate data through Clarity/Caboodle reports and Care Everywhere

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or related field.
4+ years of Epic experience, with Healthy Planet or care coordination modules.
Epic certifications in Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, or related modules preferred.
Experience designing workflows for population health and value-based care.
Strong understanding of transitions-of-care processes and cross-continuum care.

Responsibilities

Lead design, build, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet and care coordination solutions.
Mentor junior analysts and validate build work prior to release.
Partner with care management and clinical leadership to translate program strategy into scalable Epic configurations.
Design registries, care plans, care teams, and health maintenance topics.
Ensure accurate dashboards and data feeds via Clarity/Caboodle and interoperability workflows.
