Job summary

SolutionHealth in the United States is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and third-party integrations across Cheers and MyChart. The role spans levels I–IV with progression based on experience, training status, and outcomes.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with Eastern time hours, participate in on-call rotations, and may travel for Go-Live events. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required, plus Epic experience and ongoing

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Epic experience required across analyst levels; current Epic training status required for levels 2-4.
• Experience implementing and testing vendor packaged software in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• System build and configuration to improve processes and patient safety.
• Heuristic design and leveraging clinical knowledge for workflow, system design and end-user support.
• Adapt and innovate; seek process improvements and demonstrate innovative thinking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively; provide support.
• Information Technology: apply SDLC methods to develop, test, deploy and maintain systems.
• Project management: manage projects, understand SDLC, follow PM principles.
• Documentation and testing: create thorough docs, write test scripts, ensure builds meet standards.
