Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare IT experience with revenue cycle or billing applications.
• Recent hands-on Epic implementation experience in complex healthcare settings.
• Experience leading Epic application and technical teams through full lifecycle (design to stabilization).
• Experience coordinating dependencies across billing, finance, payer, health plan, technical, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic professional billing and health plan application build and configuration decisions.
• Direct billing, claims, and remittance workflow design and validation sessions.
• Oversee testing activities (unit, integration, end-to-end) for billing applications.
• Manage cross-application dependencies through the implementation timeline.
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and execution.
• Own transition from go-live support to ongoing operations.
