Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager to lead Epic-based application development. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, champion best practices, and drive delivery of critical healthcare IT projects that improve patient care and outcomes.

The role requires Epic experience, five years of relevant leadership, and the ability to partner with business and clinical stakeholders in a fast-growing environment. This is a full-time position with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications: Ambulatory WITH Healthy Planet OR Healthy Planet with Beacon, Willow, Prelude, Cadence, Resolute etc.

Responsibilities

• Define and fulfill EHR use cases and translate requirements to technical specifications.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Coordinate tasks and estimates with Project Managers.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with providers, project managers, SMEs, business stakeholders and vendors.
