Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development to lead Epic-based initiatives in our IT department in Mississippi. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive quality and delivery in a fast-growing healthcare environment.

The role requires extensive Epic project experience, strong management skills, and the ability to partner with clinicians, PMs, vendors, and IT staff to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications such as Ambulatory/Healthy Planet or Beacon, Willow, etc.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill Epic use cases and translate requirements to technical specs.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Work with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance procedures.
• Analyze current state processes and design future state with stakeholders.
