Job summary

Marimn Health in Plummer, ID seeks an EPIC Training Analyst to deliver role-based training for clinical and administrative staff on EPIC workflows, using both in-person and virtual formats.

You will develop materials, guides, and e-learning resources, and collaborate with EPIC analysts to tailor learning programs across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years Health IT experience required (FQHCs/tribal centers preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EPIC EHR software required.
• Minimum 1 year in an instructor or teaching role required.
• EPIC Support Analyst (ESA) certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of health center operations and change management.
• Excellent administrative, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, role-based training sessions for clinical and administrative staff on EPIC workflows and modules using in-person and virtual formats.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference tools, and e-learning resources aligned with system updates and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with EPIC analysts, super users, and department leaders to identify training gaps and tailor learning programs accordingly.
• Support new-hire onboarding and end-user go-live readiness across assigned departments.
• Conduct post-training assessments and evaluate learner proficiency, providing additional support as needed.
• Provide ongoing education on system updates or changes in workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPIC application functionality, workflow optimization, and best practices.
• Participate in testing and validation activities for EPIC upgrades and new implementations.
• Provide in-person support during go-live and system transitions.
• Cross train to assist end users with IT-related issues related to the use of computer systems in the health IT environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
