Job summary

Texas Health Resources is hiring an Application System Architect (Epic) to lead end-to-end design and integration of Epic applications within our enterprise landscape. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring skills to guide a team of architects and analysts.

Remote work is primary with occasional travel to THR facilities for project work, support activities, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Epic certifications in relevant modules or proficiency are required.
• 7 years experience designing, developing or supporting Epic applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Epic applications and ensure integration with existing and future systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize workflows and technical architectures.
• Diagnose failures in application software and communicate resolutions to customers and teams.
• Develop installation plans and update Service Desk documentation for changes.
• Mentor other Application System Architects on projects and initiatives.
