University Health in San Antonio seeks an Epic Application System Analyst to act as the primary support contact for the Epic application and to design, build, and test the system to meet workflow requirements.

The role involves providing technical expertise, project management support, and direction in the implementation and operation of the computer system within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other work related field.
• Experience as an Epic application analyst preferred but not required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Will be required to successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support contact for their Epic application.
• Designs, builds, and tests the system to achieve workflow requirements
• Provides computer technical expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the implementation and operation of the computer system
