Job summary

elariaà is seeking an Application Coordinator II to configure Epic integrations, lead workflow sessions, and resolve complex patient safety issues within the Health Systems Operations department.

The role involves testing configurations, maintaining master data files, and delivering end-to-end application solutions across multiple Epic modules, with focus on collaboration and timely incident management.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration, information systems, business, a healthcare profession, library science, or information resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and results orientation.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to scope and estimate small enhancements.
• Experience on at least 1 major system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build complex features and new modules for integration with installed Epic applications. Plan and lead relevant workflow sessions and manage resulting workflow changes.
• Direct configuration activities in Epic system to resolve problems escalated to the Health Systems Operations department.
• Set up and test configuration to resolve complex patient safety problems; modify and enhance; build and update application master files and category lists to ensure data integrity and synchronization with Enterprise CB updates.
• Responsible for solving critical and high incident support/patient safety issues under stressful outage situations.
• Application and interface enhancements/development: assess customer needs, research options, support analysis, design, test and implement application solutions.
