Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking an Application Coordinator to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic clinical and revenue cycle applications. You will pursue and maintain Epic certifications and gain deep knowledge of workflows to implement on the Epic system.

The role involves on-call 24/7 support, coordinating with clinical and financial departments to design future-state workflows and ensure a seamless Epic implementation across the system.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or clinical licensure in nursing, radiology, pharmacy, respiratory or related field is required.
• In lieu of degree or licensure, four years of experience in business administration, information technology or science, healthcare or related field is required.
• 3 years of healthcare or IT experience including one year of EMR application experience required, or seven years with one year EMR experience in lieu of degree.
• EPIC Certification Upon Hire is required or Epic proficiency scored at 90 Upon Hire.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, validate, and provide ongoing support of clinical and/or revenue cycle applications.
• Obtain and maintain the appropriate Epic certification and knowledge of workflows to implement on the system.
• On-call periodically (24/7) to provide tier III support for Epic applications.
• Collaborate with clinical/financial representatives to design future-state workflows and build the system to support them.
