Job summary

Yale Campus Information Technology Ancillary Clinical Systems is seeking an Application Analyst to design, build, test, and support Epic-enabled applications. This role requires knowledge of clinical workflows, strong communication, and the ability to work across disciplines.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, and Epic certification in the relevant module(s). Hybrid travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned module(s).
• One year of related experience; Epic operational experience preferred.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of functional workflows and software functionality.
• Participate in workflow review and develop system builds to support new workflows.
• Collaborate with workgroups and interdisciplinary teams; identify system improvements with vendors and users.
• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and maintain documentation.
