Job summary

CVS Health in Oklahoma is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager to lead Epic application development initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define business and technical requirements, and ensure adherence to quality standards while guiding planning, budgeting, and vendor collaboration.

The role focuses on configuring and supporting Epic solutions, ambulatory workflows, and large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
• Previous management experience
• Two or more Epic Certifications (Ambulatory / Healthy Planet / other listed)

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases and translate requirements to technical specs
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined
• Coordinate tasks with Project Managers and estimate effort
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance
