ChristianaCare in Delaware seeks a Senior Data Analyst to advance Medical Group Operations. You will work as an Epic Analytics professional, leveraging Radar, Power BI, and Snowflake along with CDW data to deliver actionable insights for ambulatory, clinical, and executive decision-making.

The role involves defining requirements with stakeholders, mentoring junior analysts, and presenting findings to drive operational improvements across Medical Group Analytics and provider services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, 3 years' experience, and/or certifications in related tools and healthcare or other.
Mining and manipulation of data from enterprise warehouse systems and use of large data sets.
ETL data integration process.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Intermediate skills in SQL and data visualization applications.

Responsibilities

Mentor and support junior analyst team members.
Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and analytic solutions.
Develop analytic solutions and interpret results.
Communicate findings to operational, clinical, and executive leaders.
