Job summary

ChristianaCare, the largest healthcare system in Delaware, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support Medical Group Operations. You will leverage Epic analytics, CDW, Snowflake, and governed data assets to develop insights for ambulatory operations, clinical performance, and strategic decisions.

You will create reports and dashboards, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders across Medical Group Analytics and physician enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics within healthcare or enterprise data environments.
• Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from enterprise warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and visualizations using Epic analytics tools and Radar/Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver analytic solutions.
