Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications
• Epic Application Certification (Required)

Nice To Have Skills

• 2+ years of experience working within a healthcare-related IT environment
• Familiarity with Epic modules beyond Prelude
• Knowledge of report development and operational reporting
• Experience with change management strategies in healthcare IT
• Additional technical certifications or relevant healthcare industry experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of dedicated Epic application experience
• Epic Application Certification is required

Other Requirements

• High School Equivalent / GED is required
• Willingness to participate in on-call support and 24/7 operational support rotations
• Ability to support and troubleshoot interfaces and perform system upgrades
• Commitment to following change control procedures and documentation standards
