Job summary

HQ Resources is seeking experienced Epic Analysts to support a value-based care initiative. You will focus on ongoing support, optimization, and enhancements across Epic applications in a live healthcare environment. Candidates must hold active Epic certifications (Healthy Planet, HB, PB, Willow) and have hands-on analyst experience.

This is 100% remote within the U.S. with W2 benefits, contract through June 2027, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in the applicable module (Healthy Planet, HB, PB, Willow) is required.
• Hands-on analyst experience supporting Epic in a live healthcare environment is required.
• Experience with value-based care or population health initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancements across Epic applications.
• Collaborate with a small team to ensure live system stability and performance.
• Support end-user needs and coordinate with stakeholders for in-system improvements.

Remote – U.S. | Contract through June 2027

HQ Resources is hiring multiple experienced Epic Analysts to support a value-based care / population health initiative with one of our top healthcare clients.

The organization is already live on Epic, and these consultants will join a small team focused on ongoing support, optimization, and enhancements across several Epic applications.

We’re currently looking for Epic Analysts with active certifications in:

• Epic Healthy Planet
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB)
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
• Epic Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Through June 2027, with a strong likelihood of extension
• Location: 100% remote within the U.S.
• W2 benefits available

Requirements:

Candidates must hold an active Epic certification in the applicable module and have hands‑on analyst experience supporting Epic in a live healthcare environment.
